The CPE Department is excited to congratulate two of our undergraduate students on their recent news. Jenni Nguyen and Anna Trofimoff who work in Prof. Jenny Robinson's research group, have each been awarded $1,000 KU Undergraduate Research Award (UGRA) for their respective work.

Jenni Nguyen's project is called Optimization of Decellularization of Meniscus for Potential Use as a Scaffold.

Anna Trofimoff is working on the Effect of Relative Humidity on Internal Fiber Architecture in Emulsion Electrospun Fibrous Scaffolds for Targeted Release of Estrogen Receptor Agonist.

Jenni is a junior, and Anna is a sophomore. They are both working toward their Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering with a Biomedical focus.
